General Conditions
This fundraising raffle game is conducted for Meals on Wheels NSW, Ground Floor, 0.2, 15 Bourke Rd, Mascot NSW 2020, ABN 87 418 074 604 (Organiser – Claudia Odello) with Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd.
Raffle proceeds are in support of Meals on Wheels NSW (Authority Number CFN 17824, ABN 87 418 074 604) This appeal is conducted according to the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991. Entrants must be Australian residents or if successful in the draw, receive any prize in Australia. Fundraising services are provided by Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd of 80 Cooper St SURRY HILLS NSW 2010 phone 1300 365 896 fax 1300 733 121 email c.service@insightcfs.com.au web www.insightcfs.com.au. Charges based on total call centre, prize, mailing and other approved costs providing benefits to the authority holder of not less than 40% of gross proceeds, and charges to the trader of not more than 60% of gross proceeds. The entire sum of donated funds are paid in full to Meals on Wheels NSW, to be used for its purpose. As one of our supporters we may contact you regarding future raffles.
